Insomnia is is a sleep disorder in which there is an inability to fall asleep or to stay asleep as long as desired. This leads to a lack of concentration, tiredness and emotional mood swings. This treatment involves therapies to relax the mind and release stress, to allow restful sleep. Yoga also plays an integral role in healing and is highly recommended.
