The Just Breathe workshop is an experiential workshop that incorporates key concepts from Radhika's book. Participants will develop greater awareness of the functioning of their minds, while also experiencing simple, practical breathing and meditation techniques. These techniques, if practised daily, will significantly enhance your ability to be more present and mindful, and deal with all of life’s circumstances more skillfully, so that you may live your life fearless and with fullness.

"Mindfulness in Everyday Life - 6 Simple Steps"

An experiential, science-validated mindfulness-based session that helps us live more consciously in the present moment.

Jasmine Bharathan is a counsellor, in private practice since 18 years. She incorporates Mindfulness-based approaches in her work, and has been facilitating experiential sessions for several years through her organisation, Heal Empower Foundation. She has trained with, and assisted some of the pioneers in the world in Mindfulness-based approaches.

She now leads these sessions from a conviction that has stemmed though her own journey through cancer. Although physically challenging, she felt a sense of acceptance, equanimity and calm, with the clarity and ability to do what needed to be done for her healing.

Jasmine is also an artist – a new journey that developed through cancer!
