You enjoy delicious cuisine cooked with Ayurvedic ingredients to nourish your soul. We take the practice off the mat and into the kitchen, nourishing your slowly evolving balanced mind and body with quality organic ingredients, locally sourced foods and fresh picked herbs, veggies, and fruits from our vast garden space.

We keep Ayurvedic guidelines and principles of food-combining in the preparation of all our meals for optimal health and digestion.

Water is both literally and symbolically the source of life. The restorative powers of water have been recognised and acclaimed for millennia. Activity in the water helps the recovery of tired and injured muscles, and also significantly rejuvenates the mind and body. Swimming has a great meditative quality to it, one that enables you to switch off from the world around you. Moving through the water allows you to develop a state of oneness, and equates to doing yoga in the water.

The Mango Retreat has a beautiful full-length pool with lots of chill out spaces, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, perfectly built to suit all your wellness needs.

About the Retreat Leader

The Retreats are led by a team of professionals, dedicated to excellence, and guiding participants through a life-transforming experience of self-discovery and personal growth.



Radhika Vachani is an author, a motivational speaker and also the founder of Yogacara Healing Arts.

A devoted student of the Iyengar School of Yoga for 12+ years, Radhika quit her successful corporate career to start Yogacara in 2010, after having experienced life-transforming changes with the practice of Iyengar Yoga. She began Yogacara with the intention of enhancing human wellness and spreading the authentic practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Radhika believes, "Our breath is the most powerful tool in helping us achieve balance, inner strength, and calm in our lives." Radhika teaches Yoga, Meditation, and several courses on the Mind Potential and transformative learning, based on the Yoga Sutras. She is also the author of "Just Breathe" a book on yoga and human wellness.
