Practicing Yoga in Goa surrounded by the breath-taking tropics and the Arabian sea is not only a fabulous and rejuvenating experience, but the environment lends itself to an in-depth spiritual journey. Goa, the smallest state in India, is a beach paradise with its pristine beaches and wonderful local culture and cuisine.

What's fabulous? Delicious vegetarian meals use Ayurvedic cooking techniques prepared from a lush organic garden on the property infused with positive and loving energy.

There is a beautiful teardrop pool, with lots of chill out space, and the Retreat is surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The stylish and comfortable guest rooms are beautifully designed and built from traditional style Indonesian village homes, all from recycled teak wood. Their rustic yet elegant architecture has a lovely temple feel.

The beautiful open Yoga Shalas are fully equipped to Iyengar standards with beautiful hardwood floors.

Stuff to do besides the Yoga Retreat? Wander the glorious beaches, swim, soak up the sun, Yoga SUP, visit the Anjuna Market, sip a coconut at a beach shack, shop and gaze at the glorious sunsets.

Enjoy massage, acupuncture, and other classical body therapies with Tibetan and Ayurvedic herbs.

The Retreats are led by a team of professionals, dedicated to excellence, and guiding participants through a life-transforming experience of self-discovery and personal growth.

Radhika Vachani

Radhika is the founder of Yogacara Healing Arts. .

A devoted student of the Iyengar School of Yoga for 12+ years, Radhika quit her successful corporate career to start Yogacara in 2010, after having experienced life-transforming changes with the practice. She began Yogacara with the intention of enhancing human wellness, and spreading the authentic practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Radhika believes, "Our breath is the most powerful tool in helping us achieve balance, inner strength, and calm in our lives."

Radhika teaches Iyengar Yoga, Meditation, and several courses on the Mind Potential and transformative learning, based on the Yoga Sutras. She is the author of a soon to be published book on Yoga and Wellness.
