Yoga Philosophy Foundation Course (5 Weeks)-see details below

The Indian word for philosophy is darshana, which literally means ‘vision’. Studying yoga philosophy means to have a vision of your innermost being, as well as developing a clearer vision of your life, in a world that is anchored in chaos and challenges.

A catalyst for personal transformation, the Yogacara program will challenge your beliefs, the way you view yourself and the world.  It will help you develop resilience, the strength and clarity to live a more balanced and fulfilling life despite the challenges of day to day life.  You will develop a larger view of yourself and the environment that you live in, enhance your physical practice and also be introduced to new ways of thinking, and seeking meaning and happiness in your life.

Each week we will engage in lively discussions and debate, to enable participants to discover the beautiful, vast and diverse application of this ancient life science into our daily lives.
